What this is

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Claudomat platform and any related services (together, "Claudomat"). By creating an account or using Claudomat, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Claudomat is operated by Claudomat, Inc., a US-incorporated company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Your account

You need an account to use Claudomat. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@claudomat.dev.

What you can do

Claudomat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own business operations during your active subscription period.

You can use Claudomat to run, plan, and operate your own business. You can export the artifacts and documents it produces. You can share outputs with your team or clients.

What you can't do

Resell or sublicense access to Claudomat to third parties without our written permission.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
Use Claudomat to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export data from the platform using automated tools.
Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including export control and sanctions laws.
Impersonate Claudomat, its employees, or other users.

Your content

You own the content you bring into Claudomat — your data, your documents, your business information. You also own the artifacts Claudomat produces for you.

By using Claudomat, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you. We don't sell your content, use it to train AI models, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the platform (e.g. underlying AI model providers).

You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any content you submit to Claudomat.

Subscriptions and billing

Claudomat is billed as a monthly or annual subscription. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel.

You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
We don't offer refunds for partial periods, but if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and haven't used the service, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Prices are listed in USD and exclude VAT. EU customers may see VAT added at checkout.
We may change prices with 30 days' advance notice. If you don't agree with a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Early access

Claudomat is currently in early access. This means:

The platform is live and operating real companies, but access is granted by request rather than open signup.
We may introduce, change, or remove features during early access.
We'll give you reasonable notice before making significant changes that affect your use of the platform.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages. We'll try to give advance notice of planned downtime.

If we shut down the service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and provide a way to export your data.

Limitation of liability

Claudomat is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs. You should review outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claudomat's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Termination

You can stop using Claudomat at any time by cancelling your subscription.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. In cases of serious violations (illegal activity, fraud), we may act immediately.

After termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days so you can export it. After that, we delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, please contact support@claudomat.dev first — most issues are resolved quickly that way.

If we can't resolve it informally, disputes will be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and resolved in the courts of Delaware. If you're an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring claims in your local courts under EU consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email and update the "Effective" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

For significant changes, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice.
