What Stays Yours

THE BOUNDARY

CLAUDOMAT EXECUTES.
YOU DECIDE WHAT MATTERS.

Claudomat isn't autopilot — it’s a co-pilot with you in the commander seat. Coaching itself, every client conversation, every transformation — those stay yours. Everything else runs.

  • Coaching itself — the sessions, the questions, the presence
  • Which clients to take, which to refer out
  • Pricing and program architecture
  • Brand voice — only you sound like you
  • Boundaries between client work and content (what gets shared, what doesn't)
  • Whether to scale into a firm or stay solo

Your judgment. Claudomat's execution.

Why Coaches

THE CASE

PRESENCE IS THE WORK.
THE WORK CAN'T BE BUSINESS.

Coaching is one of the few solo paths where the practitioner can genuinely move outcomes for people. Executive coaches at $500–2,500/hr. Group programs at $5–25k per cohort. The economics work, the impact is real, and the work itself is energizing in a way most services aren't.

The catch is that coaching demands full presence. The session, the listening, the questions, the silence — none of it scales by doing more. Most coaches cap their practice not on demand but on the fact that the business around the coaching pulls focus from the coaching itself. Marketing slips. BD goes cold. Cohorts launch with chaos. The work becomes about not-the-work.

Claudomat is the business around the coaching. Four functions — Dev (client-journey automation), Marketing (content that compounds), Finance (per-program P&L), Sales (discovery pipeline) — running every week. The coach stays present in the sessions. The practice keeps growing.

FAQ

FAQ

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What does Claudomat actually do for a coach — concretely?

Every week across four functions: Dev (client journey, cohort onboarding, pre-session briefs), Marketing (4 articles, transformation case studies with consent, newsletter, podcast pitches), Finance (per-program P&L, rate review, cash flow), Sales (200-lead ICP, 30 discovery outreach, nurture sequences). Shipped artifacts. See Section 02.

  • Will Claudomat coach my clients?

No — the coaching stays yours, absolutely and entirely. The session, the relationship, the presence are what clients pay for. Claudomat handles everything around the sessions: intake, prep, follow-up, marketing, BD, finance. The boundary is sharp and inviolable.

  • Will it write my content in my voice?

Yes — based on your past writing, transcripts (with your control), and the patterns Claudomat observes (anonymously, without client-specific data). Within 2–3 weeks the voice converges. Most coaches find that case studies of client transformations (with explicit consent) are the highest-converting content.

  • How does it handle client confidentiality?

Client confidentiality is configured at onboarding and treated as foundational. Marketing never references identifying client details without your explicit per-piece approval. Patterns across clients can inform content only in fully anonymized ways. Case studies require client consent, drafted and shared with the client before publication.

  • How is this different from a coaching VA or operations contractor?

A coaching VA handles tasks at $40–60/hr. A coaching ops contractor costs $1.5–4k/mo for 1–2 functions. Claudomat costs $239/mo flat, runs all four functions including content marketing, and produces shipped artifacts continuously.

  • Will it run my group programs?

Yes — Dev ships cohort onboarding flows (registration, welcome, calendar invites, community access). Sales handles launch operations (waitlist nurture, early-bird offers, cart-open mechanics). The actual program delivery — sessions, curriculum, feedback — stays yours.

  • Will Claudomat post on LinkedIn / podcasts as me?

Drafts and pitches, yes. Auto-publish on personal accounts, no. Your voice as a coach is your authority; it stays yours. Claudomat ghost-writes content, pitches you for podcasts, schedules, optimizes — you press publish and you do the calls.

  • Can it handle the rate-raising decision?

Finance runs rate sensitivity analysis (waitlist conversion impact, brand positioning shift, churn risk on existing clients). Surfaces evidence for the decision. The actual rate-setting and timing of communication stays with you. See Section 03 for a real example.

  • Will it integrate with Calendly / Notion / Stripe?

Yes — direct integrations with Calendly, Acuity, Notion, Stripe, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Circle, Slack, and most coaching-ecosystem tools. Custom integrations via Dev sprints if not.

  • What can't Claudomat do for a coach yet?

Three honest limits. (1) Coaching itself — sessions, presence, the work, stay yours. (2) Live client or prospect calls — Claudomat preps and follows up, doesn't impersonate. (3) Specific clinical or therapeutic boundaries — if your practice requires licensed-clinician handling, Claudomat operates within those rules but doesn't replace clinical judgment.
