Weekly Outputs

FOUR TEAMS

FOUR TEAMS.
REAL ARTIFACTS EVERY WEEK.

Agencies of one chronically suffer from "the work that gets you the work." BD slips when client work is hot. Client work slips when BD heats up. Claudomat keeps both running, plus the back office that should never be your job.

T-01 ⌥ Dev Team Engineering

Your back office, automated.

  • 1 custom client-deliverable automation shipped per sprint
  • Internal tools wired in — proposals, invoicing, reporting flows
  • Runbook for each deliverable type (so handoff to subs is fast)
  • Weekly infra check on tools you actually use vs. pay for
T-02 ◈ Marketing Growth

Your own marketing, finally.

  • 4 long-form thought-leadership articles published on your site
  • 1 case study or client win written from a project you closed
  • LinkedIn + Twitter thread drafts based on your client work
  • Funnel review every Friday — inbound, referrals, pipeline
T-03 ◎ Finance Financial Ops

Cash flow that actually has a future.

  • Weekly cash flow refresh — receivables aging, runway, tax reserve
  • Per-client margin analysis (after your time and subcontractor cost)
  • Quarterly tax provision + bookkeeping handoff pack
  • Annual rate review with market benchmarks
T-04 → Sales Revenue

BD that never goes cold.

  • 30 BD outreach emails sent across 2 A/B-tested sequences
  • ICP list of 200 target companies refreshed weekly
  • Proposal drafts within 24h of a discovery call
  • Weekly pipeline review — next-action per opportunity

What Stays Yours

THE BOUNDARY

CLAUDOMAT EXECUTES.
YOU DECIDE WHAT MATTERS.

Claudomat isn't autopilot. The craft, the client relationships, the calls only you can make — those stay yours. Everything else runs.

  • Which clients to take, which to decline
  • The actual craft — the work clients pay you for
  • Pricing and packaging architecture
  • Brand voice — only you sound like you
  • When to subcontract, when to do it yourself
  • Whether to grow into a real agency or stay solo

Your judgment. Claudomat's execution.

Why Agency-of-One

THE CASE

YOU SELL THE CRAFT.
YOU LIVE WITH THE BACK OFFICE.

Agencies of one are a beautiful business model. Higher margins than traditional agencies. No employees to manage. The ability to choose clients, raise rates, and protect calendar. Most solo operators charge $100–250/hr or $5–15k/mo retainers and clear well above what they'd earn salaried.

The catch isn't client work — it's everything around it. Proposals that take a day. Invoicing that takes an afternoon. BD that goes cold every time client work heats up. Marketing yourself when you barely have time to market clients. Most agencies of one cap out not on craft demand but on operational load.

Claudomat is the team that handles everything around the craft. Four functions — Dev (back-office automation), Marketing (your own, not clients'), Finance (cash flow), Sales (BD that never goes cold) — running every week. The agency stays one. The output looks like five.

FAQ

FAQ

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What does Claudomat actually do for an agency of one — concretely?

Every week across four functions: Dev (back-office automation, proposal templates, invoice flows), Marketing (4 articles, case studies, LinkedIn/X drafts on your client work), Finance (cash flow, A/R aging, per-client margin, tax reserve), Sales (200-lead ICP, 30 BD outreach, proposals within 24h of discovery). Shipped artifacts. See Section 02.

  • Will Claudomat do the actual client work?

No — the craft stays yours. That's what clients pay you for. Claudomat handles everything around the craft: proposals, project setup, reporting templates, invoicing, BD, your own marketing. The boundary is clear: client deliverables = you, everything else = Claudomat.

  • How is this different from hiring a VA?

A VA does tasks you assign. Claudomat does functions you don't assign — proposes BD opens, drafts case studies from your client wins, runs cash flow without you asking. You're in the loop for decisions, not for the task list. Also: a VA can't write your case studies or do real margin analysis.

  • Will it help me chase invoices and handle A/R?

Yes — drafts polite follow-ups, tracks aging, surfaces patterns (which clients pay late, which pay fast), and can suggest payment-term adjustments at renewal. See Section 03 for an example.

  • Can it write proposals?

Yes — based on your past proposal templates and discovery-call notes. Within 24h of a discovery, a tailored proposal draft is in your inbox to edit and send. Most agencies of one say this is the single highest-leverage Claudomat function for them.

  • Will Claudomat post on LinkedIn or X as me?

Drafts and scheduling, yes. Auto-publish on personal accounts, no. Your professional voice stays yours. Claudomat ghost-writes, schedules, optimizes, tracks — you press publish. Many agencies of one make LinkedIn their primary inbound source this way.

  • What about subcontractor management?

Dev produces runbooks per deliverable type so when you subcontract a project, your sub has a clear scope, brief, and acceptance criteria. Claudomat doesn't manage subs directly (you do), but it removes 70–80% of the documentation work.

  • How does Claudomat handle the agency-of-one tax situation?

Finance produces a quarterly tax provision and bookkeeping handoff pack tracking per-project revenue, deductible expenses, estimated quarterly tax, and self-employment specifics. Your accountant can use it directly. Reduces what you bring to them by 60–80%.

  • What if I want to scale into a real agency?

Claudomat hands off cleanly. When you hire an operations lead or junior, they inherit Claudomat's workflows and continue using it for execution. You scale up the human team and Claudomat stays as the operational layer underneath.

  • What can't Claudomat do for an agency of one yet?

Three honest limits. (1) The craft itself — client deliverables stay yours. (2) Live client calls or relationship management — Claudomat preps and follows up, doesn't impersonate. (3) Anything needing physical presence (in-person workshops, on-site work).
